Abuse Manager Feature Highlight: White and grey-listing domains

There are times when certain domains need additional checks on them, so in the last quarter, the team added functionality in iQ Abuse Manager to white and grey-list domain names.

Whitelisting is a feature that allows a user set domain names that, if matched with a report from a threat intelligence feed, will not generate a case and/or a report. This feature will override Rulesets.

If instead, a domain name is grey-listed, cases and reports will be created as per usual, but they will be flagged as being grey-listed. These can be acted upon in the Cases View and by using Rulesets.
