Introducing iQ Domain Analytics v2

Introducing iQ Domain Analytics v2: Enhanced Reporting, Dark Mode, and a More Flexible Dashboard

We’re excited to announce the release of iQ Domain Analytics v2, packed with new features, improved performance, and a fresh user experience.

This update introduces a refined UI, new reporting capabilities, bulk campaign creation tools, and much more.

🔥 What’s New in iQ Domain Analytics v2?

  1. Revamped User Interface
We’ve given the platform a facelift with a cleaner, more intuitive design. Plus, Dark Mode is now available, making it easier to review vibrantly coloured charts without straining your eyes 👀
  2. New Reports
    • Renewal Rate Report: A simplified report that calculates net renewal rate by dividing the number of renewals by the sum of renewals and deletions. This streamlined approach ensures clarity and consistency.
    • Retention Report: Unlike the Renewal Rate Report, this report looks at domain retention over specific periods by measuring domain names retained versus churned. It provides valuable insights for tracking user retention and churn on both yearly and monthly scales.
    • New Domain Name Report: Gain insights into domain trends with a fresh reporting tool designed to surface relevant metrics quickly.
  3. Bulk Campaign Creation & Domain List Uploads
We’ve added a new UI for easily creating campaigns in bulk and uploading domain lists, enhancing efficiency for users managing large datasets.
  4. Ai Chatbot assistant
A conversational data assistant that brings your day-to-day analytics to life. Read more here.

📊 Standard Accounts vs. Premium Accounts

The Standard Account Dashboard has been refactored to rely on aggregates instead of cached data, which is used for Premium Customers. This change serves a dual purpose:

  • Improved Onboarding: By using aggregates, Standard Accounts can now function effectively without requiring a complete transaction history. This is particularly valuable for older TLDs like ccTLDs that have undergone numerous registry system changes or have incomplete historical data.

Additionally, this approach is supported by a reworked implementation of our Default Transaction Log format, simplifying complexity and making the system more accessible.

🚀 Why This Matters

With these updates, iQ Domain Analytics v2 continues to deliver actionable insights while improving usability and accessibility. The introduction of the Retention and new Renewal Report offers a new way to measure domain performance over time, whether on a monthly or yearly basis.

Our focus remains on making iQ Domain Analytics the most user-friendly, powerful domain analytics tool on the market. These updates are just the beginning—stay tuned for more exciting features coming your way!
